key-facts.com suite gives businesses in the financial industry a customisable yet affordable way to integrate web applications and support their direct customers and intermediaries online, while benefiting from the ability to offer these parties a fully-featured “self service” solution.
This product is a novel online service for Mortgage Lenders. It was built in response to the new regulatory environment for mortgage lenders in the UK, introduced by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in 2004. It provides lenders with a web-based solution to enable their brokers (or "intermediaries") to create all of their required Key Facts Illustration (KFI) documentation online, quickly and easily - with 24 hour access.
key-facts.com has helped Affirmative Finance, Cheval Property Finance, United Trust Bank and Southern Funding automate documentation for FSA compliance. The solution is provided by Linksfield on a fully managed and hosted basis.
