- Pros
- The technical team at BrightVisions are really easy to communicate with, and they don't talk to you in jargon despite obviously having very detailed knowledge of their area of expertise. There 7am-7pm telephone support has come in very handy when we've had an issue we needed resolving before the phones started to ring at 9am, and they're never shy in coming forward with suggestions of how we could improve our set-up to make things run more smoothly.
