- They took the time out to explain the different licensing agreements so we could understand what was the best option and they made the deployment of Window 7 across our organisation easy.

- The security plan which the Caretower IT Security Account Manager came up with, showed us IT security vulnerabilites within our organisation. They then implemented a soltuion which we are now using and are happy with.
