Deverills offer a wide range of services and their technical expertise and ability is second to none. With excellent training facilities and customer support this is a company that delivers what is needed and more!

Deverill's IT support for International Charity

Pros
We have been with Deverill for about 5 years. When we were looking for an IT support company, being a charity, we were looking for value for money and good customer service. We have found both at Deverill. They have helped the charity write and work through their five year IT strategy to deliver improved IT infrastructure within the organisation

The level of expertise within Deverill Customer Support team is enormous. Over the years we have been with them, the team has grown to suit their expanding customer base. We would have no hesitation in recommending Deverill.

Deverill is a great company providing first class service!
Cons
Deverill has great people working for them that really make a difference in managing training for large companies like our own. They provide us with a personal touch when negotiating and discussing our training needs and are always able to come up with solutions if any problems arise!

Pros
We have been customers of Deverill for over a year now – it’s refreshing to find an IT company that delivers what it promises. The quality of support we have received is very impressive and so far have always met our targeted SLA’s which give us complete piece of mind. We have utilised and continue to use a number of offered managed services, as well as using their technical expertise for assistance and guidance in delivering our virtualised platform to great effect. Hardware costs supplied are always very competitive and always promote an honest and transparent approach to customer feedback.
Cons
Pricing for support is more than we have paid in the past. However expertise and timely resolve has been superior.
Additional Comments
It is great to feel that we have a real team partnership with account management, sales and support staff. Deverill remain exceptionally helpful, courteous but competent and professional.

Great Expectations - suitably delivered

Pros
Technical Knowledge is outstanding. Willingness to work with us and around our needs was excellent. Staff are helpful and friendly whilst professional and competent. Pricing on hardware was very keen.
Cons
Prices for support are quite steep. Do feel that we are constantly being targetted for marketing opportunities (but not any more than other companies)
Additional Comments
The team and willingness to work with us cannot be stressed highly enough. The schedule meant we were able to migrate from physical to virtual servers with almost no distruption. At no time did I regret the decision to use Deverill.

Pros
Deverill are ideally placed both geographically and professionally for us. We have utilised their Timebank for ad hoc troubleshooting supplementing the on site staff as well as using their technical expertise to guide and implement larger projects.
Cons
I honestly can't think of anything that springs to mind!
Additional Comments
The sales and support staff at Deverill are always accommodating and knowledgeable. We have found our professional relationship with Deverill to have been extremely beneficial and cost-effective. I have no reason to expecet this to change in the future.
