The deployment of Microsoft Lync has without doubt made our organisation more efficient and dynamic. Being able to work anywhere in the world and still be able to communicate with other members of staff efficiently and effectively is a service we could not live without. The project was delivered on time and within budget across our entire estate.

Pros

I would recommend EZE Training to anyone looking at technical IT training or consultancy. From the moment inquired about putting my training through EZE the consultants Nick and Danny did everything they could to advise me of the best possible path, not only that but they worked out a skills matrix for all my staff. After attending the courses the feedback from my team was second to none,I look forward to working with them again this year. A very professional and helpful company :-)

Pros

From the moment i got in touch with EZE it was a fantastic experience, the Consultant that dealt with my enquiry was able to explain all the recent changes with the Microsoft Competencies and talk me through the certification routes my guys would need to take. The information was promptly sent out with dates and locations for me to book the relevant courses. Since then we have met up on several occasions and have now given EZE the opportunity to manage our whole training for 2013. Brilliant company, and i would highly recommend to any of my clients.

Pros

We had an issue with our IT system, which our current service provider couldn’t rectify efficiently, we contacted EZE IT in the hope that they would be able to help and they didn’t let us down. They were friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. As result we have now moved all of our IT systems over to EZE IT, who continues to impress us with their expertise and professionalism. Not only are they more reliable and offer a better quality of service than our previous service provider but they are also cheaper and we couldn’t be more pleased.
