Pros
We are local London estate agency so system reliability is key to our business. When we needed help with our emails and with server and network monitoring we knew who to turn to. The engineers have been great at fixing any issues we have had and don’t speak techno jargon which really helps when talking to non IT individuals. The service and support has been great for us.

Pros
“Online Support recently helped us consolidate both our IT support and landline phone charges. It works really well as we no longer have lots of different companies we have to deal with and they explain everything in a non-technical way which really helps. When we switched the landline billing to online support they also reviewed our bills and helped us make some real savings on our call spend. I would recommend their services to anyone!” Greens West End

Value for money - Full IT Support

Pros
We have used Online Support for our IT Support . We found them to be value for money. They provided us with online backups and network monitoring. Their engineers are always quick to fix any problems we may have on our systems including problems with emails.

Taking Disaster out of Disaster Recovery

Pros
Online support helped us with our Disaster Recovery. We moved away from traditional tape backups to an automated solution. They made some great recommendations for our Disaster Recovery plan.

Pros
Being a London IT Support Company means the engineers can get to me on time. When they are onsite they are good at getting the job done on time. Another plus is they don’t speak technical jargon which helps when talking to a non techie like myself.

“Atelier One are situated in Central London with smaller offices in Brighton & Manchester. Online Support help manage and supply IT support for the entire company. We always find engineers efficient, friendly and reliable with helping solve problems however big or small. We would highly recommend Online Support to other companies.”
