Pros
Pygmalion were very responsive on the quotes, and understood out budget limitations and came up with a great solution inside those parameters. They also executed the project outside of our normal working hours so disruption was kept to a minimum.

Email changes to support re branding

Pros
The consultants responded to a short notice requirement to provide new email addresses company wide following a corporate re branding. They provided guidance and options, allowing us to assess the impact and select the most appropriate method of deployment. The new email was rapidly and successfully implemented.

Pros
Pygmalion are Montal's preferred Office 365 services partner. They are accommodating and responsive to our needs to bring collaborative hybrid solutions to our customer base. Montal and Pygmalion offer the best combination of cloud and premise hybrid infrastructure and collaboration solutions and I highly recommend them.

Pros
Pygmalion are certainly the benchmark that other Microsoft Gold (or indeed other)Partners should aspire to. Their product knowledge, delivery and after sales support is second to none. It's a rarity that a supplier will go over and above to service their client needs ongoing, often going beyond their scope of work to ensure client satisfaction.

Pygmalion offered a professional service from start to finish. They took the time to listen to our requirements and develop an appropriate plan which they implemented with the minimum of fuss. Pros
Knowledge re Microsoft 365 and ability to install according to our requirements. In addition, responsiveness to requests or queries is really good.
Cons
A minor point, but we are not IT experts, so sometimes, communication needs to reflect that rather than operate at the knowledge levels that Pygmalion operate at!

One of the best things we did was transferring to this cloud type technology.

We work a lot with Amin and Pegah who respond to queries very quickly and always solve the issue. They are extremely patient with our limited knowledge of IT and explain it to us with absolute clarity.
