- Pros
- We have worked with Softwerx (previously Systems Administrators)since their early days and we have seen both our company's grow. We have always received excellent response from their team of engineers and IT advice from their sales personnel. I would recommend them to any company looking for external IT support and/or applications development.
- Cons
- There's not really anything to dislike about Softwerx - although a Microsoft partner organisation they realise that there are altenatives out there and won't try and force a decision onto you.

DR and the Cloud

- Softwerx did a great job moving our DR arrangements to the Cloud, in a competent and cost-effective way. Downtime was minimised by use of weekend working. We were kept well informed throughout.

Excellent IT Support

- Pros
- Their advice and service is tailored to your requirements and they take the time to discover what those requirements are. They explain things in a way that not so technically minded people can understand. Their staff are always helpful and respond quickly when you have a problem.

- Despite being with Softwerx for many years, I can't really say that I have ever found anything to dislike.

- Softwerx provides excellent advice and support. Their advice and service is tailored to your requirements and they take the time to discover what those requirements are. I have used Softwerx for many years now and I have always found every member of staff that I have dealt with to be found helpful and friendly. I have always found their technicians to be knowledgeable, helpful, and approachable. I would certainly recommend Softwerx to anyone looking for a company to provide them with IT support.
