- Our account team at Ultima are in effect an extension of the Tarmac IT team - a valuable resource to call on, offering a range of skilled and knowledgable resources as required. Their quality value-add service provides high levels of background support and preparation information, even if the end solution results in no margin to their business. This level of service is so difficult to find these days, particularly in the current financial climate
- Cons
- Based 200 miles away makes attending their workshops and seminars more of a challenge than more local vendors, but the account team are always prepared to make that journey and 'bring the show' to me.
