Orchid IT offers IT support, services, data cabling and product supply. We cover from Derby, Nottingham and the East Midlands through to Nationwide.
Orchid was established in 1996. The idea behind the business was to offer customers a fresh way of dealing with an IT company. Technology is such a frightening area for most companies to get involved in and what we wanted to do was make it as painless, informative and affordable as possible, and at the same time enjoyable.
Orchid provides a complete outsourced IT function and offers a support service to companies’ existing IT staff, from building the whole IT infrastructure for a business, to supporting and maintaining that structure with on-site visits, telephone support, dial-in access and remote system monitoring.
Orchid are also skilled in installing hardware from PDA’s to servers, connecting offices, home workers and field staff, and supporting IT solutions with a comprehensive support package.
