One critical area of support that NCS provide is hardware maintenance. This provides cover for your IT equipment and ensures that you get an engineer on-site to fix any hardware problem within a given response time. Through our partnerships with many hardware vendors including HP, Acer, Toshiba and Dell, NCS can also help liaise to ensure warranty repairs are carried out effectively and that you are quickly up and running again.
A fully-equipped workshop with dedicated staff can quickly turn around hardware repairs or pre-configure PCs and servers before installation onsite.
Typically, NCS will maintain:
- HP, Brother and Epson Laser Printers
- Epson, Panasonic and Oki dot matrix printers
- HP, Epson, Canon and Lexmark inkjet printers
- PCs and laptops from HP, IBM, Dell, Fujitsu, Toshiba, Sony and Acer
- HP Proliant, Dell Poweredge, IBM xServer, Acer Altos and Fujitsu Siemens Primergy server repairs
