The solution consisted of a stand alone Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise R9 Solution running 225 x IP Telephony User Licences running over a data network, 25 x Contact Centre Agents, 2 x Supervisors Licences, 1 x LCD Wallboard, Automated Attendant, OCS GETS Intergration
with Alcatel-Lucent pro-services installation, 201 x 4028IP handsets, 24 x 4038 IP handsets, 1 x 4059 attendant unit. The solution also consisted of Redbox Call Recording with QM software. This was an OGC ITT contract. The customer is moving premises and this
solution is to be implemented at this new site.
