Envision:
Here we identify the vision and scope of the project, set goals and a vision statement defining the entire project as well as identify risks and contingency plans.

Migrating Exchange to Exchange Online:
Establish a level set/understanding of the services that are available from Office 365

Plan:
Develop a master project plan focusing on budgets, quality, schedule and the technical implementation of the solution.

Build:
Before the migration of mailboxes, we prepare your Microsoft Online environment.

Pilot:
Phoenix and the Migration Team will migrate a set of pilot users to confirm system functionality and the migration procedures.

Client Migration:
The customer’s team will follow the procedures agreed during the Pilot with support from Phoenix Software
