Capturing Your Business Needs:
The goal of the Discovery phase is to define and agree upon all the business needs related to the new Microsoft CRM solution.
This includes the business and data migration requirements, as well as integration requirements. The major deliverable is the comprehensive functional requirements document.
No Surprises:
Discovery enables ConsultCRM to clarify the effort (project days) and investment required to deliver a complete solution. It also removes any "surprises" once an implementation is underway. It should be considered an essential phase in your CRM implementation.
Output Document:
Following some workshop/interviews on your site, the output is a confidential system specification document including the Requirements and Design (what the system will do); a Statement of Work (how the system will be implemented) and a Project Plan (When it will be delivered).
