The Consultancy Team specialises in a number of key product areas such as virtualisation and has specific expertise in Microsoft products including its flagship messaging service using Microsoft Exchange.

The Consultancy Team at Phoenix Software has carried out many Microsoft Exchange installations and upgrades over the years and is currently in the process of upgrading our existing Exchange customers to the latest version, Microsoft Exchange 2010.

The Microsoft Exchange projects include installation and configuration of Microsoft Exchange, replicating and copying public folders, configuration of Outlook Web Access, configuration of the built in AntiSpam. In addition, many of the projects include the migration of the existing mailboxes, migrating the existing workstation and domains to new target domains, decommissioning old domains and Exchange Servers with post migration onsite support, handover training and documentation.
