Stage One – Requirements Analysis



Concentra works with customers to identify the value that SharePoint 2010 will deliver to them and develop a 2010 readiness assessment
We help customers develop the vision for change We then define a roadmap - charting a course for implementation & benefits realisation
Stage Two – Implementation


Concentra builds the SharePoint 2010 application in close partnership with the customer project team
We ensure skills and knowledge are transferred to the customer team so that the solution is accepted and adopted
We only use in-house designers and developers

Stage Three– Uptake Management and benefits realisation

Concentra designs and delivers a hands-on training programme to ensure competency in using the tool/solution
