Brilliant Knowledge of a New Technology

Pros: I was interested in Mircosoft Lync and Exchange Online i rang up, spoke to my account manager and was passed onto a cloud and office 365 specialist. The knowledge was brilliant of such a new technology. Got all the help a needed very quickly. Will keep dealing with phoenix for years to come.
Cons: No Complaints at the moment.
Additional Comments: I thanks phoenix for making my job easier. A pleasure to deal with.
