Prepare365 is designed to help organisations:

- Understand Office 365 capabilities and select which elements would be useful in their business. It has been developed to help organisations increase functionality, utilise co-existence models and understand platform integration issues.

- Build a business case for Office 365, designed to progress your Cloud strategy from project scoping and planning design and architecture. Rollout and planning can all be achieved with our business case engagement.

- Provide recommendations on tailored implementation strategies and migration plans Prepare365 is an Office 365 planning, preparation and business case service.

The service is made up of six options:

- Selection 365: Understanding which elements of the Office 365 suite of products would most suit your business, from collaboration to messaging, or utilising the benefits of using the whole suite.

- Educate 365: Understand what Office 365 offers, it’s increased functionality, how it might apply to your business and its potential benefits

- Business Case 365: Assistance in the creation of a business case for Office 365 adoption, from high level business requirements to documentation on which services would best suit, and how to implement them.

- Plan Exchange Online 365: Recommendations and plan for Office 365 Exchange implementation and preparation, including integration and co-existence services.

- Plan Lync Online 365: Recommendations and plan for Office 365 Lync implementation and preparation. User setup and provision alongside platform federation.
