The Phoenix Software Asset Management (SAM) Managed Service gives you access to qualified Software Licensing Specialists, when you need them. By combining the skills and knowledge of our Software Licensing Specialists with the functionality of our powerful software licence management tool, License Manager, we can help you take control of your software assets and mitigate the risks associated with not managing your software licences effectively.

On completion of a full software audit, a fully populated copy of License Manager will be hosted within our data centre with secure access being provided to the end user via Web reports. Within the SAM Managed Service Phoenix Software will update License Manager with licence purchases made through both Phoenix Software and third party suppliers and validate any upgrades or maintenance in order to establish your true Licence Entitlement and associated maintenance renewals.

Alongside, Phoenix Software will 'cleanse' data taken from your network discovery tool providing you with a manageable list of licensable installations. The two data sets are then compared and your compliance status reported. A Management Report is issued upon completion of each scheduled update providing detailed information regarding areas of risk and remedial actions required. Further support and advice is provided throughout the duration of the SAM Managed Service.
