Business Agility provides specialist software development and integration consultancy services to medium and enterprise clients using an Agile delivery method. We are a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner with a wide range of Microsoft based competencies including SharePoint 2007 and 2010, .NET Custom Development, Business Intelligence and Reporting.

Through our experience of different Agile methodologies across a variety of clients, Business Agility has developed a unique understanding of the various aspects of Agile methods that deliver the greatest rewards. This has allowed us to create an approach to software development that utilises key features of several common industry approaches. This blended approach has produced a process that will accelerate software development, while retaining control and ensuring high quality in the delivered article.

Often our engagements require us to deliver a mix of Advisory, Delivery and Training services. Below are some of the different engagements we have been involved in recently.

Business Consulting: Working with key organisational stakeholders to evaluate their requirements for customer service, identifying opportunities for business process improvement and evaluating products appropriate to supporting the business initiative – including the drafting of RFIs and RFPs.

Managed Delivery: This approach offers organisations the flexibility to engage with us on the basis of a pre-agreed set of desired project outcomes and associated costs. The main benefit of a managed approach is the degree to which costs can be closely linked to individual projects.
