- When ever i ring there is always someone more than willing to help me. I have had many questions over the years i have dealt with phoenix and i have never been let down with the amount of knowledge they have.

- Always able to guide and advise on the complex world of licensing and always in a timely and professional manner. Our account manager has looked after us for years and completely understands our business needs - one of our best suppliers!

- Prompt reply, reasonably quick action on processing orders, Availability speak with sales /support team on phone most of the time. Sales team has good knowledge about the licencing issues
- Cons
- Not pro-active in assessing needs and advising on how to work more efficiently. Although not expensive on pricing, not the lowest pricing around. Promissed timely review of account and needs at the time of getting the account, but no further contact from account manager or anyone else on this aspect.
