Pygmalion provides my company with a service desk and support services, and the end-users are reporting excellent standards of service.

Pygmalion

Pros
Pygmalion setup our services and migrated our users with minimal disruption. When Microsoft made often inconvenient and significant changes to the service, pygmalion responded quickly and professionally to ensure there was no impact to BAU.
Cons
This is more to do with Microsoft rather than Pygmalion. Their transition from BPOS to Office 365, and their MX record change more recently, was an unnecessary waste of our valuable time during a key client delivery period. Thankfully Pygmalion remained on hand to guide us and support us behind the scenes to ensure there was no impact. I think this was an unecesary burden to place on Microsoft's delivery partners. Let's hope Microsoft do not change the service again!

I would reccomend Pygmalion to anyone with office 365 if I have any problems they are always there to help with a fast response I would highly recommend.
