We provide support and maintenance services for a scoped system that can include:

Providing a ‘single point of contact’ Service Desk with 1st/2nd/3rd Line support, as required, to give fault-finding and diagnostics on a holistic level.

Pygmalion utilises ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) best practice processes for Service Management. All our support and maintenance service offerings are based on ITIL guidelines and processes where appropriate. Relevant staff are ITIL certified.
