When Will My Profile Go Live?
Determine Your Time to Publish
Profile publishing times can vary based on your scenario—whether you are a new Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) member or an existing MPN member with a current profile on Pinpoint. Use the guidance below to determine publishing timeframes, and check the profile troubleshooting page if you do not see your profile live within the times indicated.

For New MPN Members
As a new member of the Microsoft Partner Network, it can take up to three business days for your company information to migrate from MPN to the Microsoft Pinpoint Dashboard. Once your information has migrated to the Pinpoint Dashboard, you can log in to the Pinpoint Dashboard using your Windows Live ID to check the status of your profile, make changes to your company information, and add software application and service listings to create a complete profile to be published on the Pinpoint live site.
Steps for First Time Pinpoint Dashboard Login:
- Log in to the Pinpoint Dashboard using your Windows Live ID.
- You will be prompted to complete the Microsoft Pinpoint New User Signup form. Complete the form and click Sign Me Up at the bottom of the page.
Click the Add or Edit Profiles link.
Note: If this link does not appear on the left side of your Dashboard page, you must log in to the Microsoft Partner Network to investigate. See instructions on the profile troubleshooting page.
Choose the Company Overview tab. If you see a notification from the Pinpoint Team that changes are required, click the Make Changes button and follow the guidance to adjust your profile to meet the Pinpoint Profile Guidelines. For example, you may be advised to correct incomplete or inadequate company information or an invalid company website.
If you do not see the Make Changes button, choose Edit Details in the -Actions- drop down menu. Adjust your profile to meet the Pinpoint Profile Guidelines . Make sure your Company Overview is complete and that your company URL and any links to additional information are accurate and functional. At this time, you can also add Application and Service Listings.
- Click Submit for Approval at the bottom of the page.
Once you've submitted your profile and made any required changes, your Company Overview should publish on Pinpoint within 15 business days. Time to publish may vary for different countries.

For Partners Already Published on Pinpoint
If you already have a profile on the Pinpoint website, and you’ve made revisions to your existing profile or added new Application or Service Listings, allow up to 15 business days for your changes to appear.
Listing in Product Marketplaces
If you have indicated through the Pinpoint Dashboard that you want an Application or Service Listing to be published in a product marketplace, allow up to 15 business days after your profile appears on the Pinpoint website for your listing to appear on the product marketplace site.
Listing in Another Language or Country
If you have indicated through the Pinpoint Dashboard that you want to publish your Company Overview or an Application or Professional Service Listing in a language or country other than that of your company headquarters, allow up to 15 business days for your profile or listing to appear in the new language or country. Time to publish may vary for different countries.
