Application Description
Evenesis is an event management system and solution for organizers and planners to plan and run events efficiently. It is an innovative product that offers comprehensive features (end-to-end) that covers event management processes such as event planning, scheduling, budgeting, invitation (SMS, email, letter), guest management, floor plan design, seating arrangement, on-the-day check-in/registration, surveys (pre/post event), venue management and dashboard.
Evenesis is unique because it solves existing problems such as the rising costs of running events, the lack of standardization in handling events, the lack of integration between multiple isolated systems purchased from different vendors to handle different parts in the event management chain, the heavy usage of papers and files (Excel and Word), and the lengthy time required to manage events due to the combination of problems mentioned.
Evenesis is currently the best and simplest tool, yet rich in functions, that integrates the whole chain of event management.
With an automated, online and process integrated solution like Evenesis, individuals and companies could:
- Plan events quickly based on existing and suggested templates and structures based on the best practice
- Reduce resources and costs as more things could be done faster and integrated online (e.g. instead of having different teams to handle food and beverage (F&B) and venue coordination, the same team can handle both processes simultaneously in a coordinated and planned manner)
- Incorporate all the events’ data and information in a centralized system that could be shared with relevant employees and management in the future
- Reduce time to plan and execute events in timely fashion while at the same time doubling or tripling organization’s efficiencies.

At the same time, with the introduction of our Augmented Reality or AR technology, events can be run in an innovative and unique mode. Promotions and marketing effort can be increased when the events are embedded with AR. (E.g. When promoting an automobile exhibition, the organizer could mail out flyers with a certain pattern or design to the prospective clients. This card can be activated with a webcam on Evenesis to display different car manufacturers and models that are going to be exhibited in 3D, movies, interactive games, etc.).
