Excellent Overall Support, Product and Competence

- It is good to have a cooperative and enjoyable working partner like Anabatic. The engineer from Anabatic also have a very good competence and understanding in covering the business requirement. Both parties Anabatic as well as Bank mandiri manage to fill the needs on the business requirements and the personnel from Anabatic have an excellent on the requirements stated by Bank Mandiri specifically regarding the regulations that was given by Bank Indonesia (Central Bank of Indonesia).

- Anabatic have to prepare a knowledge transfer sessions in regards if there are several resources are planned to be pulled back or change, so that the project/ implementation can avoid the trouble of repeating the implementation starting from the beginning due to the resources.
- Additional Comments
- In general I would say from competence, communication and project result that has been delivered by Anabatic team are good. The ability of Anabatic team in managing the project in order to finish it according to the schedule as well as the fast response in assisting Bank Mandiri needs has proven that Anabatic team are accommodate with the skills, resources and the product to assist Bank Mandiri in providing the solutions required by Bank Indonesia (Central Bank of Indonesia). The product that was offered by Anabatic are very useful, especially in terms to keep in pace with the technological improvement in general. Technological updates in regards with the performance are needed to avoid any set back on the implementation.

- The abilities presented by Anabatic in understanding the client requirements as well as the comprehensive knowledge on their product offering and supported by an excellent cooperation created between Anabatic project team and end user/client has become the major plus point for Anabatic.

- None, we are quite satisfied given the excellent services and the on going project.

- In general the skills of Anabatic team are excellent, where as the comprehensive product knowledge of the team in regards of the product offering itself are very good. The cooperation that has been built between Anabatic team and the project team from Bank Danamon as the client is well maintained so that the project result can be delivered on schedule and become an excellent benefit for both parties.
