Pros
Extremely professional from start to finish.
Cons
Prices were a little high but I suppose you get what you pay for and we certainly got the best.

Very easy to deal with, took thier time understanding our spicific business require,emts and rules before providing solution

Help End Users Implement Effective SharePoint Solutions

Pros
Responsive and easy to deal with. Able to network within the Microsoft organisation to provide an insight into solutions relevant to our requirements. In additon to working with ERGO on several initiatives I have attended a number of their events where they showcase examples of solutions they have implemented. These events are very informative and have helped me to understand ERGO/Sharepoint's potential.
Cons
ERGO support our local needs well. I work for a global organisation and our preference is to partner with solution providers with a global presence. This has not been a challenge to date and their Microsoft Partner status should help to overcome any issues of this nature.
Additional Comments
Have been dealing with ERGO for about a year and expect to increase the number of initiatives on which we seek their help in the year ahead.
