Pros
Quick response to our needs. Knowledge of Navision is exceptional Understanding of our business and the ability to deliver on our needs
Cons
We've had delays in getting new licenses in the past but i'm not sure if this was an issue with Sysco or Microsoft directly. Also, support costs could be lower and i would urge Microsoft to reduce the % maintanence costs to assist here.

Pros
Syscos Solutions are always there to help, with a an efficent and quick response to all your queries no matter how big or small.
Cons
I dont have anything really negative to say about Sysco, I would recommend them to anybody that would be require their services.

Pros
History of knowledge on the Nav software system
Cons
Too slow to adapt new technology and get up to speed with Microsofts products. Users stuck in older systems and not willing to learn new technologies in a quick way. This is a management issue and resources are need to train and up skill.
Additional Comments
Tech support can resolve basic issues no problem. It takes too long to escalate an issue to a senior person if a more dificult problem exists. Hard to justify in the long run this kind of reseller model. Fine for implementations etc. but no justification for the cost after that.
