Ergo has developed a Dog Licensing System using the Microsoft Windows Azure platform. An innovative online system, it revolutionises a paper-based application process used by County Councils to deal with hundreds of applications a month. It dramatically improves efficiencies and saves local government thousands of Euro by automating and streamlining a time consuming process. Ergo’s online Dog Licensing Solution was built using the Microsoft Windows Azure Platform and some of the latest Microsoft technologies including .NET 4.0, Windows Azure and SQL Azure. Scalability, reliability and ease of deployment are among the many reasons why Ergo chose Windows Azure, along with the ability to develop solutions using existing skills.
