Cloud9 offers a flexible Support Contract to assist clients throughout the lifecycle of their CRM Online subscriptions. We give clients access to our Microsoft accredited, experienced consultants to support your success.
This service can be used for support with resolving technical issues (which may include escalation to Microsoft) or queries, web based training and coaching, customisations, setting up users, creating workflows and reports, setting up security roles, etc. It also gives clients access to online forums and helpful guides and videos.
Our contracts are separated into flexible hourly bundles of 3, 5, 10, 15 and 25 hours to be used in any 12 month period – but you can always add more if you need to.
