Managing a SharePoint system requires a broad range of skills to get the most of its extensive features and functionalities. ISC’s SharePoint Support Service provides access to these skills in a cost effective and efficient way.
SharePoint support is delivered by assigning a ‘bundle’ of time which can be drawn down upon as required whether it be for assistance or support, typically 15, 20 or 25 hours. This time can be used as the customers requires for example; creating a new template, help with document management or guidance with a workflow. Key features:

The customer decides how much support time it feels is needed. More time can be added as required

The cost of support is determined by the amount of support time envisaged over a 12 month period, by the customer
Support is provided 9am – 5pm on working days – unless extended hours is agreed
ISC provides regular report updates relating to support usage and time remaining
Customers can be provided direct access to support data via our secure extranet; engagePro
Support cases are logged and tracked
Support is provided by telephone, remote access online and e-mail
Onsite visits can be arranged and purchased separately
