Application Description
Espire proposed to develop the portal using SharePoint 2010, which had all the required functionalities. This ensured efficient content management, user friendly approach and well integration with the external systems. SharePoint will provide the right base to access authorization for different level of users and is capable of handling large file size, alter notification and workflow.
Key Features:
SharePoint Document library to maintain files
Check in and Check out on each document. When somebody is working on a document, no other user can modify it.
User permission on each document
SharePoint List to maintain travel information
When User will submit the travel details, workflow will initiate to inform the approver about the travel request.
Approver will approve or reject the request. Approval or rejection status will be maintained and commuted to requester.
Travel agent will inform requester and approver about travel ticket and arrangement.
