When we started the new business-agricultural goods production, we wanted our business run more efficiently and it should bring down the cost of production and increases the revenue. Another challenge we faced was the difficulty in accurate consolidation of different groups’ expenditure/income data. We are having 5 different group companies to manage and consolidate the reports. The earlier practice of manual MIS consolidation was always a troublesome activity with delayed reports, inaccuracy in the data and less efficient business decisions. To overcome the challenges and achieve the business objective the new system HARVEST plus is in place which eased the functioning and increased the performance. The system helped the top and middle management to get quick and accurate information and take business decisions quickly.
