Techno Brain's integrated fund raising system is based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV for accurately managing and tracking donor relationships and contributions.
Major features of the solution :
- Centralized database to manage, interface and track personal interactions with key constituents
- Monitor key activities and interactions of the donor base and assign each donor to a key employee at MMHRC
- Monthly, quarterly and annual donor reports outlining donations received and communications sent to each donor
- Key capabilities for planning, executing and reporting on campaigns
- Key insights into donors and contributions made through standard and custom reports
- Donor segregation by event attendance, campaign attendees and etc.
- Donation acknowledgment through the process of generating “Receipt” & “Thank You” letters
