Pros
Nothing really because they don't reply to emails or phone calls!
Cons
They fact that they don't care about calling Office 365 Enterprise users

CRM Implementation

Pros
We are looking for software for sales and marketing automation and we found MS Dynamics CRM. IOTAP always has been a good partner to choose and helped us on site for implementation of software and training . We have had been using for more than 2 years.
Cons
IOTAP was excellent enough in understanding our business process requirements although initially we felt the pricing was bit high and realized that the value was justified for efforts and time.
Additional Comments
Actually it was an application we had been looking and wishing to integrate with accounts software and also wish IOTAP a great success.

SharePoint customization

Pros
We like the approach towards understanding the customer's needs before implementing the change. Team came to us had various discussions, suggested us wherever they felt a need.
Cons
Pricing was a little high but having seen the efforts they made to understand us and deliver an excellent project it felt a justified amount.
Additional Comments
Document Management was really a challenge for us unless we implemented the SharePoint. We were suggested to implement certain application to eliminate so many paper jobs. Life is easy and I highly appreciate IOTAP for their help support and commitment.

Sharepoint Portal

Pros
IOTAP accepted the responsibility to provide timely solution while considering all the aspects of requirements. SharePoint Server helped us to achieve faster time-to-market, low total cost of ownership and increased user efficiency.
Cons
They request us to log the "New Service requests" and "Bugs" in their customer support portal. It was bit inconvenience for us.

Sharepoint Development

Pros
We've worked with IOTAP to implement our internal Sharepoint needs - specifically to implement some of our internal HR Practices like leave management, travel management, vacation requests and streamlining our processes. IOTAP has significant expertise in Sharepoint development. Thier global presence and delivery were crucial in getting projects implemented quickly. Thie flexible engagement model and on demand service scaling is unique
Cons
We had to follow thier processes which were not something we were used to, the difference in time zones sometimes made it a challenge.
