Tech Mahindra proposed an ERP Solution with disaster recovery facility for immediate business requirements in the telecom domain. This solution has the ability to allow new products and services to be included through a flexible framework which integrates billing,
provisioning, and the CRM system. This is the first successful Integrated ERP Implementation for telecoms under the ‘Telecom ERP Solution’ umbrella for both Microsoft and Tech Mahindra. The ERP solution includes:- Financial Management- Requisition to payment
- Order to cash- Gulf compliant HR & Payroll- Integration with the billing system- Workflow Management - Integration options with point of sales solutionOur assistance in implementation includes - requirement analysis, design, development, deployment, integration
with the billing system and managed services over a period of two years. The ERP system is integrated with the billing system and it covers - usage, payment collection, interconnect revenue, top-ups, and security deposits.We have set up a Contact Center with
disaster-recovery facility for customer support which integrates with the billing system and allows agents real-time access to customer orders, customer issues for both pre-paid, post-paid, data and voice customers.We also provide administration and operational
support services for the ERP solution by ensuring high availability (through a DR solution) with managed services - both onsite and offshore.
