Application Description
Reverse Lookup is an add-on that enables the cashier to seamless search for and edit the details of global or local customers in RMS 1.3 or 2.0. The benefits of utilizing this add-on are: -
1- The ability to edit and update Global Customer information from the POS (something that is not available with RMS alone).
2- The convenience of having your customers’ purchase history consolidated regardless of which store they decide to shop at.
3- Management of one customer list for marketing purposes.
4- The ability to identify if 2 or more customers have identical phone numbers in the database
5- The ease of entering new customer information without investing in cashier training.
6- A cost efficient way for the collection of marketing information.
