LCT Planner - Online Staff Leave Management System

Pros

We have tried few other in-house and third party applications in the past to manage annual leaves etc. However, since adopting LCT Planner lot of our problems got solved to the great extent and now we don't have to worry about managing an in-house system or try to work with another tool which doesn't fit for purpose. LCT planner is very easy to use and cost efficient as well. It also gives extra add-on features like expenses tracker and travel planner which are all integrated to each other. Cons

There were few initial minor challenges that we raised with the technical team but most of our suggestions were taken care off in the next upgrade.

Pros

We have been using this system for the last 6 months and very happy with it. We have short listed 4 other system and finally decided to take LCT planner. And i can confirm that we have taken the right decision.

Cons

It automatically log out the user's if you do not use the system for 5 minutes.
