Application Description
Dynamics CRM Scanner and OCR Plug-in adds extra power to the native CRM Document Management capabilities. Now you can scan and/or compose searchable PDF documents from existing images right into entity's document location.
The Plug-in successfully passed Microsoft tests and found completely compatible with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 on-premises (Microsoft Tested, ID 2050911).
The Plug-in is realized as native Dynamics CRM managed solution and supports:
1.OCR (convert image to text) for more than 50 anguages
2. Scanning multiple documents in a single batch using document separator sheets
3. Saving pages as single document or document per page or multiple documents using document separator sheets
4.Document composing from existing image files
5.Regular and Quick Scan modes
6.PDF, TIFF, JPEG, PNG, BMP and GIF output formats.
7.Advanced compression technologies to enable best document quality with smallest file size
8.All types of Windows-compatible scanners: simple desktop and professional scanners with feeders, local-connected (USB) and network-connected (IP) scanners.
9. Multilingual user interface (English, Arabic, Czech, German, Hebrew, Russian)
The Plug-in is compatible with all possible Dynamics CRM - SharePoint combinations: Dynamics CRM Online or on-premises with SharePoint 2010 Online , SharePoint 2010 on-premises, SharePoint 2013 Online, SharePoint 2013 on-premises
