An integrated Intranet solution for Microsoft Office365 platform provides collaboration and document management functionality free of charge.
Document management functionality covers document registration and control process, including received, sent, draft documents, invoices, agreements etc. Each document card contains predefined set of information fields as well as possibility to add unlimited amount of files.
Collaboration environment functionality provides numerous lists and libraries for effective storage, exchange and search of documents and internal information (calendar, absences, service desk, employees contact information, etc.).
Existing functionality can be easily extended by utilizing administration tools provided by MS SharePoint platform. Also custom and more complex functionality, like workflows, mutual document relation, automatic numbering, can be developed by Your local Office365 Partner.
