ACTO module of collaboration and intranet is a record-keeping and internal communication environment of the company allowing You to store, scan and search both documents and information. All the company's relevant documents and information is stored in one secure place.
Calendar sharing provides an efficient way of sharing information about meetings and events within a company (seminars, trainings, celebrations, etc.). Calendar information can be synchronized with Microsoft Outlook if necessary.
Collaboration and intranet module also offers an absence calendar for centralized administration of employees vacations, illness, or business trips, allowing to register the period of absence, employee’s name, reason, as well as the delegate user. Person who has been indicated as delegate emplyee can choose to receive an informative e-mail about the delegation fact.
Solution includes various document libraries and information lists to enable all kind of relevant information storage possibilities (document templates, agreements, product information, pictures, marketing documents, tender documentation, knowledge data base, FAQs, inquiries, discussions etc.).
