HORTUS Digital delivers IT as a Service to customers worldwide.
Our main line of business is producing dynamic multiservice SaaS solutions and delivering them both directly to customers or indirectly, through certified partners.
The main building block of our solutions is Enterprise Desktop, where you can add any additional application service from our portfolio and to have your proprietary application included as well.
We do integrate with Microsoft Office 365 and with local Active Directory deployments.
We entered hosting business back in 2004, already having good experience in IT Infrastructure, Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation and IT management outsourcing areas. From 2007 we are delivering Microsoft Dynamics as a Service. Since 2009 producing of SaaS solutions has become the main line of business for us.
Our customers today can sign up for complete, integrated "IT as a Service" bundles according to their actual functional, reliability and quantitative needs. Our services run on practically any device/OS and can be self-managed by reseller/customer. All Microsoft localizations are supported and available to choose from.
Application/technology portfolio of our solutions covers most of Microsoft products. In addition we have 3rd party ISV solutions available and we are constantly working on adding new ISV solutions to our services catalogue.
Partner channel enablement - our solutions are available both directly to customers and through reselling/service partners. We encourage MSPs and small Dynamics consulting shops to sign up for partnership and start receiving their commissions on sold services.
We also offer the option for partners to hand in their own solutions for preparing automated deployment packages to be used in their solutions.
As with any IT solution and delivery model, support is a key to efficient operations. We have created appropriate service offerings to fit the needs of HDSaaS customers and partners as well. Support is delivered in Latvian, Russian and English languages via Web-based service management system, in accordance to chosen SLA.
