The Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) revolution is here and the demand for mobile access to content is growing. With DNN2CRM modules you can provide employees secure access to CRM records via iPhone Windows Phone and other mobile devices.

With DNN2CRM mobile modules, employees can view CRM 2011 Activities that are assigned to them and update the activities with work details and duration (start and end times), from iPhone or other mobile devices.

When an activity requires the customer’s approval, the employee can capture the signature on mobile device which is then uploaded to CRM activity as attachment with the name of the person to sign-off the job and date & time of signature.

Activity Module - Assign any Dynamics CRM activity, customized or out-of-the-box, to employees.
Setup activity views, such activities due today (or any date range), closed activities or activity type, like: service activity, task, onsite job and others.
The employee can view the activity’s details and can update the activity from mobile device. The activity’s fields: work details, start and end times are updated in CRM 2011 database and marked as Completed.

Activities Pro Module – similar functionality as the Activities Module, with an extra feature to capture the customer’s signature on mobile phone. The signature is attached to the activity record.
