Our XERO Connector is Certified for Microsoft Dynamics (CfMD), providing smooth integration between Dynamics CRM 4.0, 2011 or 2013 and Xero Online Accounting arming you with a complete, real-time financial overview of your clients and suppliers.

This solution will provide you with the following benefits:

-Save time: You will no longer need to switch between two systems. Information can be entered in either Dynamics CRM or Xero and will be updated in both.

-Minimise error: eliminating the mundane task of having to enter data twice greatly reduces the liklihood of costly errors and inconsistency.

-Real time data: When data is entered, it is autmatically updated in both systems. No delay means timely and consistent data will always be accessible.

-Accessibility: Invoice and payment history is available in both Dynamics CRM and Xero, therefore all authorised users can access this information for themselves rather than going to the account manager.

-Visibility: You will have the ability to view information across the various departments within the organisation. This allows for better communication and more informed decision making.

With the XERO Connector you can synchronise invoices, invoice status, customer profiles, account codes and credit or adjustment notes between the two systems, as well as create custom workflows to automate business processes.

• The Xero Connector synchronises invoices that are created in Dynamics CRM and drives them through to Xero.

• When an invoice has been paid in Xero it notifies Dynamics CRM to change the status of the invoice to “paid”.

• There is flexibility to create custom workflows, allowing your business to automate processes.

• Account Codes and Credit or Adjustment notes are synchronised between the two systems.

• Customer profiles are matched in both systems allowing for consistent up-to-date assessment.
