Application Description




CTI for MS-CRM integration 4.0 offers a flexible and user-friendly interface between the telephony exchange (TAPI compliant PBX and SwyxWare)
and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 & 4.0 application, to speed up the user/operator 's access to the company's client's information’s.




 




Incoming calls: The application automatically displays record’s information (prospect, account and contact) of the caller, and allows
automatic creation of a new activity associated to a number if it is still missing in MS-CRM.




 




Outgoing calls: The application gives the possibility to reach directly your correspondent through the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 & 4.0
interface, or through the CTI for MS-CRM Integration 4.0 research and “click-to-dial” function.




 




Advanced search engine: The application provides powerful search capabilities to look for search criteria matching fields through Microsoft
Dynamics CRM 3.0 & 4.0 entities like lead, account and contact according to criteria’s:




 - Phone number




 - First name




 - Last name




 - Company name




 - Email address
