Pros
We are an electrical contractor that specialises in maintenance, SubCAT has allowed us to really grow this side of the business. The job management is great, tracking reports are great and the clients love the documentation, work history reports and more importantly we are no longer getting billing challenges.
Cons
Absolutely nothing, the system is ideal for our business
