- Pros
- They are always there to help us when we need. They have grown to provide a total IT solutions to us as a medium sized business.
- Cons
- I didnt like their internal process for customer account management but this has significantly improved. They now have all the good processes, tools and procedures in place to offer a fully managed services product.
