- Pros
- We are a primary school with limited technical knowledge and a limited budget. The help desk is always friendly and helpful and will deal with issues promptly. Softsource personel display a high level of technical knowledge which they use to solve our problems in a clear and professional manner and suggest acceptable alternatives if necessary.
- Cons
- Can’t think of anything. All our staff think very highly of Softsource’s service and their ability to problem solve.

- We value the fact that although we are teachers and not technically inclined we are treated with respect and even the silliest questions are not laughed at.

- Softsource is a company the assists smaller resellers to go to market with a full suite of offerings without the need to set them up ourselves. The team at Softsource are always available to assist with business growth, support and sales. A complete all round package.

Great service delivery

- Pros
- SoftSource have been a trusted technology provider of ours for over four years. They have consistently delivered great service and have always come through for us. Recent projects include on budget and on time delivery of a major SAN upgrade with no disruption to business operations.

- We've had no cause for complaint in our dealings with SoftSource

A responsive team

- Pros
- Fantastic customer service. Prompt attention to resolving support issues that arise. Expertise in a wide range of technical realms. Hardware, software, support, and now infrastructure as a service - all under one roof.

- Because tech support can sometimes get commoditised it may not be possible to get the same support person to deal with for an issue from start to finish.

- Very easy to work with and enjoy having only one account manager who follows everything up rather than a contact for each type of technology.

The Good Guys

- Ive had regular dealings with these guys for a number of years for 3 different companies and know many of their staff well. I've had some drop dead dates to meet and they have never let me down, pulling the stops out to save my bacon often when there is a complex technical architecture to build. It is not surprising then I am using them for Internet, HW and SW supply, consultancy and soon to be utilising their new data centre for DR and hosting too. Firendly bunch who are VERY patient!

- Cant say they have anything I dont like, especially when you compare them to other companies.

- Glad to see them growing and have ambitious plans. The new datacentre is great and I think their business is about to take off.
