SQL Server - Proactive Database Management
SQL Services is reknown as New Zealand's leader in remote database management, database support and consulting services for Microsoft SQL Server. Our managed services provides the Customer with the peace of mind that their Microsoft SQL Server environment is performing optimally, is secure, recoverable and positioned for future business requirements. The service also includes access to the SQL Dashboard portal for real-time monitoring and alerting, to minimise the risk of downtime and provide increased visibility of the status of critical SQL applications.
Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) offers tiered levels of support depending on the customer’s internal resources and requirement.
The base (Bronze) SLA offers 24*7 monitoring, monthly reporting, access to the portal, monitoring of the backups, reporting of changes and growth within the environment.
Silver tier in addition to those deliverables mentioned above includes many of the day to day DBA tasks, including rebuilding or restoring production database if required, resolution of alerts, management of fail-over and fail-back process and support for the in-house DBA. It also allows for 20 days of Gold tier support to cover periods where the in-house resource is on leave or unavailable.
Gold tier is a full support option where SQL Services operates as the DBA, often in association with in-house staff, for the environment and has full responsibility for it.
