number in any PC application, document or webpage to initiate a call from their IP phone or Lync client - making Click-2-Dial a true Unified Communications solution.

Click-2-Dial From Any Application

Most other dialing programs only work with certain desktop applications or ring the user’s phone along with the dialed number. With Click-2-Dial, the user simply hovers over a telephone number and clicks the dial button and the number is automatically dialed from their IP phone or OCS\Lync client. This includes web pages, email programs, CRM applications and any other PC based business software. The calls are made through the organisation’s telephony system so the call is placed using the best corporate rate, with calls being fully logged, costed and managed via applications such as Datapulse Call Management and Call Recording.
